Activities, coordinated around a weekly theme, include arts & crafts, music, computers, reader's theater, nature and cooking. Physical activities include free play on our playgrounds and sports and games to develop gross motor skills. Full-day campers swim twice a week at The Connection for Women and Families in Summit. Staffed with early childhood educators, Junior Camp, with its low camper/counselor ratio, provides a nurturing, developmentally appropriate experience for beginning campers. Campers are grouped by grade.

Day Camp offers a wide variety of sports, including archery and tennis instruction. Swimming is held three times a week at The Connection for Women and Families in Summit. A daily free choice time gives campers an opportunity to choose from a variety of activities. Day campers are grouped by age and sex, but have plenty of opportunity to form friendships with all campers and staff.
